CINCINNATI – RWA Architects, Inc. received awards for Kitchen and Bath in Cincinnati Magazine’s 5th Annual Interior Design Competition. Award winners were announced Thursday, August 9, 2007 at a dinner held at the Kingsgate Marriott on UC’s campus.
Cincinnati Magazine’s interior design competition honors outstanding and innovative residential and commercial interior design in Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky. Competition winners will be featured in the “Home & Garden” section of Cincinnati Magazine this November.

CINCINNATI, OHIO
The kitchen remodel includes the demolition of the existing kitchen, dining, and family room to create a new addition that contains a contemporary styled kitchen, dining, pantry, and office. Designers were careful to coordinate with the home’s curvaceous architecture and use of natural light.
The project team consisted of John J. Isch, AIA – Principal in Charge, Andy Corn, AIA – Project Architect, and Tiffany Siciliano.
The general contractor was Camery Hensley Construction of Cincinnati.

CINCINNATI, OHIO
Designers transformed an outdated Master Bath into a more functional space with a modern feel. Use of natural light, a custom medicine cabinet, and open sightlines create an enlarged sense of space. Detailing in the tub, mosaic tiles, and fixture selections add to the modern aesthetic.
The project team consisted of Michael R. Mauch, AIA – Principal in Charge, Stephanie Johnson, AIA – Project Architect, and Ben Novosel.
The general contractor was Crapsey & Gilles Contractors, Inc. of Cincinnati.
