Organic Pool Terrace Addition

Outdoor entertainment and recreation was the theme for this project that addressed this family’s desire to keep family and friends close. The project included extending a preexisting first-floor covered porch for a larger seating area that integrated automated screens and added a new fireplace, TV, ceiling fans, and lighting. The lower level benefited from the extension and also added a fireplace, TV, ceiling fans, and lighting. From here the new terrace flows out and steps down along with the sloping site. The upper terrace includes a trellis covered built-in kitchen. The lower terrace, bordered by a new retaining wall with curved ends, includes a hot tub, swimming pool, fire pit, corn hole court, fire bowls, and new lighting.
